digital and customized services. Therefore, completed or partially
completed work is generally non-refundable.

• If work has not yet started, a partial or full refund may be considered.
• Once project execution has begun, refunds are generally not available.
• Monthly SEO and marketing retainers are non-refundable after service commencement.

testing, and deployment. Payments made for completed milestones
are non-refundable.

SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple external
factors, including search engine algorithms and market competition.
Therefore, rankings, traffic, or sales cannot be guaranteed, and
payments for these services are non-refundable.

🔄 5. Revisions

We provide revisions according to the selected service package.
Additional revisions or change requests beyond the agreed scope
may incur extra charges.

❌ 6. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation before development begins.
If work has already started, cancellation charges may apply based
on the completed work.

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback after services have been
delivered may result in suspension of services until the matter
is resolved.
