- No Work Commenced: If the project is canceled before any SEO work has begun.
- Non-Performance: If SEOSwift.in fails to deliver agreed-upon milestones or services due to internal issues (excluding delays caused by the client).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Completed Work: Once SEO services, reports, or deliverables have been completed or delivered.
- Client Delays: If there are delays due to a lack of communication, provision of content, or required approvals from the client.
- Change in Strategy: If the client decides to change the scope of the project or strategy after the work has begun.
- 3rd-Party Changes: Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., Google algorithm updates, changes in search engine rules, or penalties due to previous SEO work done by another provider).
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to support@seoswift.in within 7 days of receiving the deliverables or encountering an issue.
- Provide Documentation: Include relevant information, such as the project timeline, deliverables received, and the specific issue encountered.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days with a decision.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made using the original payment method or credited to your account for future services.
